Albert L. Lord III

Al is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lexerd Capital Management LLC. Prior to founding Lexerd in March 2006, Al spent 16 years in various positions with Morgan Stanley & Company, including seven years in Tokyo where he was Chief Operating Officer for Investment Banking and a member of the firm wide Tokyo Operating Committee. Prior to being named Chief Operating Officer, Al was head of the Corporate Finance Execution Group for Investment Banking in Tokyo. He spent five years in New York in corporate finance, global capital markets and private wealth management, and four years in London in debt capital markets. Al spent one year as an accountant with Arthur Young & Company, a predecessor firm to Ernst & Young.

His highlights at Morgan Stanley Japan include managing Investment Banking in Tokyo as COO to 3+ years of profitability, including its first ever; serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Morgan Stanley Properties, the real estate management company which provided institutional caliber proactive real estate services designed to add value, minimize cost and maximize returns from investments in real estate assets; and leading the execution of several high profile financings, including the Initial Public Offering for Shinsei Bank’s YEN 250 billion (US$2.4bn) IPO in February 2004 (Asiamoney’s “IPO Deal of the Year Award”). His notable transaction as a deal team leader in Corporate Finance in New York included KPMG Consulting’s (now BearingPoint) $2.3bn IPO, which was the first of the “Big Five” consulting firms to go public and was the second largest IPO to be listed on the Nasdaq.

Al is highly engaged in philanthropic activities. He is active at the United Methodist Church in Summit, where he is a Board of Trustees member, substitute Sunday school teacher and member of the Investment Committee. He is a Pack Leader and Den Leader for Cub Scouts in Summit and coaches basketball at the YMCA. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University and is an Alumni Ambassador for Drexel. Al serves as a public member of the planned giving committee of the Overlook Hospital Foundation in Summit. He is an advisory board member of The Outpost Club and a trustee for the Summit Downtown Association. He is also a board member for three charity golf outings: Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business 2010 Dean's Cup Golf Tournament, the NFL Alumni Redskins Chapter Annual Charity Golf Classic to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Washington, DC, and the American Cancer Society’s Annual NY/NJ Metro Region Golf Tournament.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Drexel University in 1989.


Albert J. Reich, Jr.

Albert is a Certified Public Accountant who brings more than 20 years of accounting and financial experience developing and implementing financial systems, strategies, processes and controls that significantly improve profit margins. He is an expert in establishing accounting functions, systems and best practices; cost-reduction, automation and tax strategies; and lasting business relationships to ensure goal-surpassing fiscal performance. Recognized as a leader and innovator, Mr. Reich is flexible and adaptable in responding to constantly changing financial and organizational conditions. His strength lies in his ability to create change and growth through strategic programs in a regulated environment.

Albert’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Drexel University in 1989. He also received his Certified Public Account credentials in the Common Wealth of Pennsylvania. He was a critical part of his previous accounting firm, AJ Santye & Company, for over 15 years.

A strong advocate of community involvement, Albert volunteers his time as a board member for Friends of Somerset County Youth, which over sees the “Girls on the Run” program. Being an avid tennis player, Mr. Reich implemented an after school tennis program with the New Jersey Tennis League & the United States Tennis Association at his eldest daughter's school. He is still an active tennis coach to the girls.

Quentin F. J. Lutz

Quentin is the Principal Partner of Qonnect Partners, LLC, a company engaged in financial investment, project advisory and management support, and development of international business and real estate projects. Mr. Lutz is also the Managing Partner for The Outpost Club. Founded in 2009, The Outpost Club is an invitation-only, national membership club and golfing society; dedicated to providing extraordinary private club golfing experiences for its members and guests. Quentin is a member of the American Association of Realtors, Urban Land Institute, Golf Writers of America Association, United States Golf Association, National Golf Foundation, International Network of Golf, Internationally Published Media Golf Course Panelist/Writer and a founding member of the Audubon International Conservation Council.

As a Partner with Arthur Hills Golf Course Architects, he was responsible for all aspects of global new business development, strategic planning as well as media and client relations. His hands-on approach assisted in the generation of over $2 billion in residential and commercial development sales.

Quentin has also worked for tier one Ford Motor Corporation supplier ProQuest as the National Accounts Director inside Ford and its global subsidiaries, as an Officer in the United States Navy and as a Financial Auditor for CertainTeed Corporation. Mr. Lutz received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from Drexel University in 1991 and his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in International Finance in 1999 from Wayne State University.


Kunal S. Chothani

Kunal has worked in the commercial real estate world of multi-family investments since 2004. Mr. Chothani was previously Southwest Regional Acquisitions Director for NWJ Companies based in New York City. In February 2010, Mr. Chothani was appointed to the International Apartment Leadership Council for KW Commercial.

While working at NWJ Companies from 2006 to 2009, Mr.Chothani headed and managed an acquisition staff of seven. He also successfully closed on the acquisition of more than 1,000 apartment units in the Southwest Region of the United States. He is an expert on the acquisition, marketing, due diligence, financing, equity financing, and stabilization of multi-family investments.

Mr. Chothani is an avid golfer with a current handicap of 14. He is the Program Director for The First Tee of Raritan Valley, where he has been involved the past two years. Mr. Chothani holds a certification from The First Tee to teach golf and life skills to underprivileged youth.
